Data-driven, highly analytical and quick to identify trends, Partha has led strategy and marketing initiatives, including the digital transformation of Answer Financial (an Allstate company). During his career, he has increased sales, enhanced profitability through pricing and segmentation and boosted conversions by double digit percentages. Before spending 12 years at Answer Financial, Partha served as a Product Manager for 21st Century Insurance and Kemper. Partha holds a Master of Business Administration from The Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas, Austin and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Chicago.
