Some of us are overwhelmed trying to protect the vulnerable or we’re barred from seeing them altogether. Cities that were once bustling are closing down and locking up indefinitely.
This rapidly changing situation is unprecedented for everyone, but I want you to know that you have our commitment to providing you the service you depend on.
In response to the developing situation, we’ve implemented our business continuity plan, and have rolled out a work from home environment for all of our departments to ensure continued service to all of our customers. All of our staff and agents are working remotely from their homes to make sure we do our best to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
