Humana (HUM) is the third-largest health insurance provider in the US. Their headquarters are in Louisville, Kentucky. Humana has over 13 million customers in the U.S and is 73rd in Fortune 500 rankings. Humana no longer offers individual medical insurance. Ambetter is a health insurance company owned by Centene Corporation, a multi-national company that provides programs and services to under-insured and uninsured individuals.
