Still focused on expansion, Grange Life Insurance Company was formed in 1968.
By 1999, the company introduced its “ease of doing business” concept to introduce Grange’s hassle-free approach to insurance. It is still used today.
By 2002, the company partnered with Integrity Insurance, a Midwest-based company dedicated to the independent agent channel and by doing so, it expanded the business through 3 more states. In 2013, Grange reached $1 billion in surplus, which reinforced the company’s financial strength and stability.
Although Grange Insurance no longer sells life insurance policies, the company still offers customizable auto, home and business insurance products. Together with Integrity Insurance, it sells across 13 states, including Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin. The company also created a foundation called Grange Insurance Gives to support charitable giving and reinforce its deep commitment to serving the community.
